If you possess a diverse skill set in electrical, carpentry, and plumbing, this role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on systems such as conveyors, HVAC, roofing, and other essential components.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and perform necessary repairs and maintenance on all equipment.
- Carry out tasks related to the maintenance of buildings and surrounding areas.
- Utilize skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical repairs for minor fixes.
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps and motors.
- Interpret manuals and documentation to assist in repair processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Develop and document preventive maintenance procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient facility.
- Complete other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance-related field.
- Must successfully pass a physical examination, drug screening, and background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure in boiler, welding, or electrical fields.
- Associate Degree from a two-year college or technical institution in a related discipline.
