You will develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, and provide therapy services to individuals and groups using evidence-based practices. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals is essential to coordinate care and support patient progress. Accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans must be maintained. Staying current with developments in the field through continuing education and professional development activities is crucial. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, a valid SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with diverse patient populations and age groups is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
