Position Overview:
As a Facilities Maintenance Worker with Kimco Facility Services, you play a crucial role in our operational success. We deliver top-notch cleaning solutions to our commercial clients and rely on dedicated personnel to achieve this goal. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $16 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday

Total Weekly Hours:
17 hours

Requirements:
Criminal History check and e-Verify are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and supply levels in restrooms, breakrooms, and other areas. Collect and dispose of trash and replace liners.
  • Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Dust and polish furniture, walls, and windows.
  • Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies in accordance with Kimco standards, ensuring building security and safety.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, custodial work, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
  • Physical capability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently and occasionally up to 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Team-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
