Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Marketing department at ManhattanLife Insurance & Annuity Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing product and market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to product performance, marketing strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor performance, and customer needs within the life and health insurance sectors.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders which translate complex data into actionable insights.

This position requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, and Python, as well as experience working with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics and CRM software.
