Job Summary

Waste Pro is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic at Waste Pro, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical problems on all equipment to ensure safe and productive operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on all equipment
  • Communicate with managers and drivers to discuss issues and preventive techniques
  • Review and complete repairs identified on DVIR and/or repair orders
  • Utilize vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes and initiate or assign repairs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of diesel engines and equipment maintenance. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
