Job Summary:

The Food Service Associate is responsible for the final preparation of all food items served in the dining area, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures. You will work under the direction of the kitchen supervisor or team leader to guarantee that quality service is consistently provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverage items, adhering to company standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used in food preparation and service.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols diligently.
  • Deliver food items to and from the main kitchen.
  • Foster a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, staff, and yourself.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to fulfill job duties.
  • Contribute positively to the team and maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
