Responsibilities- Provide quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities
- Create care plans by collaborating with medical staff and residents
- Deliver treatments and administer medications to residents
- Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
- Educate residents and family members about care options
- Set up and monitor medical equipment as needed
- Ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Draw fluids for lab analysis
- Train and supervise nurses and support staff
- Document medical interventions and histories accurately
- Assist with incident investigations
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Hourly pay range: $50-$62
- Choice of shift types and facilities
- Weekly or daily pay
