Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic coordinator to enhance our skilled workforce. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to:

  • Collaborate with the Project Controls Manager to develop and uphold documentation tracking and reporting systems for various projects.
  • Work alongside the Project Controls Manager to set up and maintain organized file systems and document control processes as necessary.
  • Manage material requisition orders in accordance with bidding documents and approved vendor lists.
  • Assist in the billing procedures for cost-plus and lump-sum contracts as specified.
  • Facilitate the flow of documents to regional offices, field teams, and clients.
  • Engage in resolving invoicing issues with Accounting and Clients when required.
  • Oversee the material release schedule and coordinate deliveries with the Purchasing Agent and Project Management team.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and personal engagement.
  • Aid in payroll data entry and processing as needed.
  • Provide support for various office administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist in tracking and requisitioning tools and equipment inventory as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated integrity in interactions with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse team within the department and organization.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, along with technical translation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and instrumentation materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Strong personal attributes including reliability, a willingness to work extra hours, professional appearance, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

  • Possession of a TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
  • Capability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background checks.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards, particularly regarding worker safety and compliance with regulations.
