About the Role

We're seeking an experienced RN to provide direct nursing care and coordinate patient care plans in accordance with established policies and protocols.

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure effective treatment and recovery.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

Qualifications
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or Required professional licensure at time of hire.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance options, retirement benefits, long-term and short-term disability, employee assistance programs, parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities to give back to your community.
