Magnet Medical is a reputable healthcare provider seeking a skilled travel nurse RN for a 13-week contract in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 to $180,000, with the possibility of tax-free stipends and bonuses based on experience.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis role requires delivering high-quality patient care using evidence-based practices and adhering to Magnet Medical's standards of care. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:
- A valid RN license in the state.
- Previous experience working as an RN, preferably in a med surg/telemetry setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, bending, and reaching. Regular exposure to chemicals, radiation, infectious diseases, and bloodborne pathogens may also occur.
