We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Anders Group, LLC. This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled nurse to work in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting in Richmond, VA.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a PCU setting, with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be able to work night shifts and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the PCU
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and laboratory results, and take appropriate action to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and new technologies

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia or eligibility for temporary licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • ACLS or PALS certification preferred
