Critical Care Nurse Opportunity in Richmond, VA

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Anders Group, LLC. This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled nurse to work in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting in Richmond, VA.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a PCU setting, with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be able to work night shifts and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the PCU
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Monitor patients' vital signs and laboratory results, and take appropriate action to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and new technologies
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia or eligibility for temporary licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS or PALS certification preferred
