Cardiovascular Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator Cardiac Surgical to join our team at Alaska Regional Hospital. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure seamless patient transitions.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve staff performance and engagement, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current licensure in Alaska as a Registered Nurse.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum one year of applicable experience in cardiovascular care.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) Certification.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course (ACLS) Certification.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 per annum, reflecting the competitive market rate for this position in the region. Our hospital offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including:
