Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Food People Restaurant Group in Augusta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and make them feel welcome.
  • Familiarize customers with our menu and provide recommendations when requested.
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to relevant team members.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Pre-bus all tables and maintain a clean environment.
  • Practice responsible alcohol service and adhere to company policies.
  • Clean and set tables for the next guests.
  • Prepare and deliver bills to customers, process payments, and provide accurate change.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to boost sales.
