We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Hy-Vee. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for:

• Cutting and merchandising all fresh meat commodities to ensure high-quality presentation and customer satisfaction.
• Tenderizing, grinding, and cutting merchandise to meet customer demands and maintain inventory levels.
• Preparing cutting lists for case fills, conducting cutting tests, and ordering new items to replenish stock.
• Monitoring refrigeration temperatures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our products.
• Wrapping, weighing, and labeling product to meet customer needs and company standards.
• Replenishing and organizing coolers to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
