Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Physical Therapist to join our team at OrthoArizona. As a key member of our therapy department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining operations that deliver a positive patient experience. This includes managing therapy staff and technicians, overseeing therapist outcomes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage therapy staff and technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
  • Oversee therapist outcomes, patient satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and manage staffing needs, including hiring and training new staff members
  • Supervise and mentor therapists to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Manage therapy students and assign mentoring therapists
  • Request contract coverage for therapist PTO
  • Hold department meetings to discuss important topics and ensure clear communication
  • Manage facility and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Oversee ordering of clinical supplies and maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with department needs
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Passed National Physical Therapy Examination
  • Maintain Arizona State License
  • Maintain CPR certification
  • Leadership experience preferred
