Position Summary:
The Warehouse and Office Operations Coordinator is a vital on-site role based in Warminster, PA. This full-time, non-exempt position offers an hourly wage between $24.00 and $25.00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of a 4,500 sq. ft. warehouse space.
  • Process e-commerce orders efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for both e-commerce and event-related merchandise.
  • Collaborate with off-site show services teams to manage the receipt and dispatch of event supplies.
  • Receive small deliveries at the front entrance.
  • Handle large deliveries at the loading dock.
  • Order and manage office supplies, including refreshments.
  • Perform additional office and warehouse tasks as required.

Location:
This role is stationed at the headquarters of Open World, Inc. in Warminster, PA.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative and logistics roles within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for deliveries.
  • Forklift certification is required (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with Shopify and/or Shipstation is advantageous.
