Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage all activities related to specific clinical trials, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Patient Identification and Education: Collaborate with the Principal Investigator and other staff to identify eligible patients and provide education on clinical trials, ensuring informed consent and optimal patient outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Institutional Review Board (IRB) and regulatory agency requirements, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Troubleshoot issues with support areas and ensure compliance with research protocols, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, researchers, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing role or relevant patient-facing clinical research experience.
- Certifications: Current PA RN License, CPR certification, and Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances.
- Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, with experience working with Windows-based computer programs.
