Clinical Program Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Supervisor to lead our Wraparound Services team at SCHARP California. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable populations.
About the Role:
The Clinical Program Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a team of clinicians and program staff. They will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to a team of clinicians and program staff
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized plans
- Collaborate with community agencies, organizations, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness
- Foster a culture of professionalism, respect, and teamwork among staff members
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed/registered by the State of California Board as an LCSW, LMFT, or PhD
- At least 3 years of experience working with mentally ill children and adolescents
- One year of management/supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in Wraparound Services, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bilingual/bicultural skills a plus
