- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest pediatric care practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN License to practice in the State of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire
- Associate's degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions
