Salary: $58,300 - $97,100 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonuses or long-term incentives.

Job Description:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff, training and developing personnel, and implementing solutions to address operational issues. This includes:
* Collaborating with the Operations Manager to plan and oversee warehouse activities
* Guiding workers and lead personnel to achieve high morale and superior work standards
* Participating in training initiatives and managing employee performance
* Proactively seeking and implementing solutions to address root causes of issues

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of operational warehouse experience
* 2+ years of managerial experience
* Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound business decisions
* Experience with AS400 & SAP or other comparable WMS systems
