Phlebotomy Technician

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Technician to join our team at Spring Valley Hospital. As a Phlebotomy Technician, you will be responsible for performing venipunctures and other patient specimen collections, requiring moderate supervision.

• Collect and process patient specimens for laboratory testing
• Perform venipunctures and other blood collection procedures
• Ensure accurate and efficient specimen collection and processing
• Work collaboratively with laboratory staff to ensure smooth operations
• Meet quality and productivity standards

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Acceptable phlebotomy training program
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Phlebotomy certification required upon hire
• Previous experience as a Lab Assistant, phlebotomist, emergency room technician, LPN, or paramedic with phlebotomy skill set preferred
