Job Description

We are seeking a talented Carpenter to join our team at Gold Wynn Management LLC. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for various carpentry tasks, including layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining structures, fixtures, and buildings.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisors with structural design, planning, and installation.
  • Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
  • Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
  • Operate tools, machines, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Comply with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.

Requirements:

  • GED or High School equivalent required.
  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or at least three years' experience as a journey-level carpenter.
  • Additional certification may be required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Physical fitness with good hand-eye coordination.
  • Knowledge of mathematics.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • General knowledge of health and safety regulations.
