Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Thrive Orland Park, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner. Our practice is built on a collaborative community of veterinary care providers who support each other in delivering exceptional patient care.



Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary, with production compensation opportunities, ensuring that your hard work is rewarded. Additionally, we provide generous paid time off, including 8 weeks of full-pay parental leave, bereavement leave, and time off for new pet adoptions.



Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, including performing surgeries, conducting physical exams, and developing treatment plans. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine through ongoing education and training.



Requirements
  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree is required. A State Veterinary Board License and active DEA license or licensure eligibility are also necessary.
