Schedule and BenefitsYou will enjoy a flexible 4-day weekday schedule while working alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals. Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated at $101,000 to $120,000 annually, with no cap on productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.
Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive primary care services to a manageable patient panel of 15 patients per day
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensuring smooth transitions of care with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system (Gehrimed)
