Job Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a dynamic and seasoned Permanent Facilities and Maintenance Operations Leader to become a vital part of our fast-paced finance sector team. This role is crucial in maintaining the seamless operation of our facilities, concentrating on the upkeep, troubleshooting, and enhancement of our diverse systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will oversee all facets of facility maintenance, including electrical and mechanical systems, conveyors, and machinery. This is a remarkable chance to leverage your technical expertise in a lively and demanding environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring our facilities operate at maximum efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of all machinery, electrical systems, and building infrastructures within the facility.
  • Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment performance and lifespan.
  • Design and develop facility layouts and system capabilities using AutoCAD, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with conveyors, machinery, and other mechanical systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors for facility upgrades and renovations.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets associated with facility maintenance and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with management to strategize on facility improvements and expansions.
  • Train and oversee maintenance personnel, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance management capacity, preferably within the finance sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with conveyors, machinery, and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, along with relevant safety codes and regulations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and project management capabilities, with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
