We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our innovative cardiovascular program.
This role requires specialized training and certifications in radiologic technology and cardiovascular procedures to contribute to our cutting-edge care.
You will prepare and operate equipment for cardiovascular procedures while ensuring a sterile environment and patient safety.
As a member of our Cath Lab team, you will collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to provide exceptional care and serve as a preceptor for new staff and students.

Responsibilities:
Job SummaryPrepare equipment before and during procedures, identify and assess patient condition, prepare and position patients, establish and maintain a sterile environment, and serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
Professional PracticeServe as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in orientation of new staff, use downtime appropriately, maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership, and facilitate excellent patient care.
QualificationsComplete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months, complete all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months, be registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International, have Basic Life Support training, and achieve Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
Norman Regional Health System offers an estimated salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
