Critical Care Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Northwest Hospital.

About the Role

As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and function as an advisor and resource for patients and their families. You will assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions, and develop and implement patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care in the ICU setting
  • Assess patient status and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based clinical practices and interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements
  • Basic professional knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree
  • RN Diploma or relevant experience accepted
  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification
  • ICU experience and ACLS certification preferred
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35.00-$54.82 per hour, based on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.
