Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at the Center for Vein Restoration. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical team in delivering top-notch vein care services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient care and work collaboratively with our clinical team to achieve center goals.
  • Train new clinical staff as needed and provide feedback and answers to patient calls as appropriate.
  • Attend periodic team meetings and participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest vein care techniques and technologies.
  • Assist with surgical procedures, including mixing medications, preparing patients for procedures, and assisting physicians during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports, including patient assessments, vital signs, and treatment plans.
  • Take accurate lower extremity measurements for fitted compression stockings and generate patient referrals as necessary for continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related healthcare role.
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to CVR Lakewood and Howell Freehold Clinics.
