The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, cloud-based architectures, and API management. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their goals and strategies, and develop solutions that drive business outcomes.

About the Role:

This position involves:

  • Designing and developing solutions that meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Providing technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, cloud-based architectures, and API management
  • Staying current with new technologies and frameworks, and recommending adopting new partners or solution components
Responsibilities:

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for:

  • Developing cross-functional strategies and solutions
  • Translating business and technical objectives into prioritized, phased solutions
  • Overseeing and facilitating the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards
  • Providing technology/architecture recommendations based on business relevance, appropriate timing, and deployment
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Software Development, Solutions Architectecture, Solutions Engineering, or Business Systems Analysis
  • 5+ years of experience with Application Development and Modernization
Required Skills:

The candidate should have expertise in:

  • C#, SQL, JSON, REST API, GitHub (including Actions), Jenkins, Jira
  • Designing and supporting multi-tier applications and cloud-based architectures
  • API scalability, reliability, availability, security, and governance needs
  • Diagramming tools (Visio/LucidChart)
Preferred Skills:

The candidate should also have experience in:

  • Cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS)
  • Azure API Management and Azure API gateway
  • Integration of APIs with service bus, data lake, SaaS, and PaaS components
Additional Information:

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and therefore will vary from individual to individual.
