Job Title: Acute Hospital Registered Nurse Dialysis - Will Train

DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Alpine, New Jersey. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Job Summary:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatment as needed
  • Administer medications and perform dialysis procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient needs
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in dialysis or critical care nursing preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
