Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
The Occupational Therapy Assistant plays a vital role in delivering direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This position involves the planning and execution of tailored treatment programs for patients, adhering to the established principles and practices of occupational therapy within the PAM Health network. Flexibility is essential, as the OTA may be required to work across various facilities to meet the diverse needs of the organization.

- Opportunity to provide 1:1 patient care across all levels of rehabilitation.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR training provided.
- Possibility to work in multiple care settings such as Inpatient Rehabilitation, Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACH), and Outpatient services within the same facility.

- Ability to transfer among various PAM Health locations nationwide.
- Diverse patient demographics.
- Focus on patient-centered care with a collaborative team approach to meet patient needs.
Qualifications
Education and Training: Must hold a valid OTA license in the state of practice. Current BLS certification is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
