About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Verbal Beginnings. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data to monitor progress and update treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors to ensure effective treatment delivery
Requirements:
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help children with autism achieve their goals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience working with children and a valid driver's license

- Competitive hourly rate of $29.00, based on experience and certifications
