Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the overnight shift. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
• Accounting and Finance: Prepare and balance daily reports, including revenue, expenses, and cash handling.
• Security and Safety: Conduct security walks, ensure all areas are locked and secured, and respond to emergency situations.
• Guest Services: Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete tasks such as running reports, balancing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software.
