Associates in Pediatric Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early intervention services to children and their families in a fun and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in an outpatient clinic setting, home-based, or school/community setting.
  • Implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for patients and their families.
  • Provide detailed daily treatment notes in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to ensure accurate billing of services provided.
  • Discuss appropriate referrals for additional patient services with BCBA as needed.
  • Complete all documentation and supervisory requirements as required by state board for RBT.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to support client needs.
  • Participate in therapy meetings as scheduled.
  • Attend Continuing Education Unit (CEU) trainings as needed to maintain professional licensure requirements.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local certification requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current RBT certification a plus.
  • Experience in a pediatric environment (daycares, schools, etc.).
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
