Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid or pending state physical therapy license

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and review patient/resident medical charts, evaluations, and develop treatment plans in accordance with patient needs
  • Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of the plan of care to all team members, including providing necessary supervision for physical therapist assistants
  • Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other members of the rehab team, as well as conducting staff/family training and education when appropriate
