Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to assist patients in achieving optimal physical function and facilitating achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care
  • Work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist to modify treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree from an accredited college
  • Current and valid license granted from the state of employment
  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
