Key Responsibilities:- Directs Daily Operations: Oversees the implementation of GSS standard operating procedures to ensure high productivity, excellent performance, and positive employee satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Manages staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Sales and Marketing: Provides sales and marketing training to all qualified sales staff to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
- Retail and Vending: Directs and oversees the retail and vending departments to ensure a proper mix of products and pricing is achieved.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Two or more years management experience preferred; two or more years as a swimming instructor preferred.
- Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and first aid certification required.
- Competitive Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour.
- Benefits Package: Includes health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, training and development opportunities.
