Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist

The Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and practices that support our strategic goals. This includes overseeing payroll processing, benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Implementation and System Management: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the HRIS to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
- HR Policy Management and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary contact for addressing employee or partner concerns.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports on key HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5+ years of human resource / related experience required.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
