As a District Manager with Healthcare Services Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple accounts within an assigned territory. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to perform a variety of tasks, including housekeeping, laundry, and personnel supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff to ensure they meet Environmental Services and laundry quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations.
- Maintain accurate income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment records.
- Communicate effectively with building Account Managers, Administrators, and HCSG staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure the established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met, and follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred.
- Two years of experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
- Specialized training in Housekeeping and Laundry equipment operation is desirable.
- Ability to complete regulatory compliance courses and identify issues and implement necessary changes.
- Capable of leading, directing, and supporting a team in a diverse environment with highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Successful P&L and budgetary management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of growing accounts.
