We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Bar Assistant Manager to join our team at Buffalo Wild Wings. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sports bar, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Heart of House (HOH) and Bar operations, including training and developing your team.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the sports bar are running smoothly, including inventory management, sales building, and cost control.
  • Work closely with the sports bar management team to execute plans and achieve goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
  • Manage labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or similar.
  • 3 years of management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous Front of House (FOH) and HOH/Kitchen management experience.
  • Passion for training and developing your team.
