ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly dedicated and energetic Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA Team at Life Strategies, LLC, a BCBA-owned and operated agency based in Indiana.

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and design effective ABA programs.
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals who provide direct therapy to children.
• Conduct weekly to monthly progress meetings with parents and staff.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the management of client services and supervision of paraprofessionals.
• Develop and achieve performance goals with clients, their families, and paraprofessionals.
• Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports.

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA Certified or actively pursuing the BCBA or BCaBA credential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels.
• Ability to promote an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
