Role Overview: The Technical Curriculum Instructor will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of educational programs focused on engineering technology, specifically in mechanical and electrical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the creation and rollout of a comprehensive curriculum for associate degree programs and related certifications.
• Advise on the acquisition of necessary instructional tools and materials to ensure effective program delivery and growth.
• Design and optimize classroom and laboratory environments to enhance learning experiences.

Teaching Duties:

• Employ suitable instructional, assessment, and grading methodologies.
• Exhibit up-to-date expertise in the subject matter.
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate learning.
• Maintain accurate educational documentation and records.
• Develop educational content, select relevant textbooks, and identify supplementary resources.
• Incorporate appropriate technology into the teaching process.
• Establish and assess learning outcomes for courses and programs.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Support initiatives for student recruitment, retention, and guidance.
• Comply with accreditation standards and institutional policies.
• Maintain professional qualifications as mandated by relevant educational authorities.
• Adhere to institutional policies and participate in governance as required.
• Engage in faculty development opportunities and contribute to institutional meetings.
