Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience and are impressed by your product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Manage the sales floor, ensuring assigned areas are visually appealing and meet our high standards.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer inquiries, and drive add-on sales through effective use of benefits such as Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPIS) and curbside pickup.
  • Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix, to ensure a cohesive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners, staying up-to-date on the latest pop culture and fashion trends.
  • Work collaboratively with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure the security of our store and merchandise.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized stockroom and store environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Passion for philanthropy and pop culture, with a strong understanding of our brand and values.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store with ease.

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of $15.90, with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
