  • Approve timekeeping and employee evaluations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage supply orders
  • Lead strategic planning

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • Five years of nursing management experience in a hospital setting, including three years of supervisory experience
  • Current Arizona Registered Nurse License
  • Preferred certifications: Wound Care - WOCN; Training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy from a nationally recognized provider
