In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding parents and children through the psycho-social skills development processes outlined in their treatment plans. Your objective will be to assist individuals in acquiring vital life skills, coping mechanisms, social interactions, and executive functioning abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical and medical team to empower patients in managing their physical and mental health.
  • Conduct engaging skills-building sessions across various community, home, and educational environments.
  • Offer support and guidance in areas such as emotional regulation, relationship skills, independent living, and general coping strategies.
  • Employ a diverse range of evidence-based practices to promote the well-being of your clients.
  • Keep precise and current records of client progress and treatment strategies.
  • Serve as a compassionate advocate for the individuals and families in your care.
  • Provide empathetic assistance to a varied caseload, encompassing different ages, diagnoses, and backgrounds.

Logistics & Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
  • Must meet at least one of the following educational criteria:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Associate's Degree
    • 60 undergraduate college credits
    • High school diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience

Compensation:

  • Bachelor's Degree: $22.00/hour
  • Associate's Degree: $20.00/hour
