Job Summary

Grubb Properties is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain all HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.
  • Assist in the preparation of apartments for occupancy, including painting, cleaning, and making necessary repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing air filters, checking and replacing smoke detector batteries, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Service Supervisor to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
