Position Overview:As a vital member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for maneuvering trailers under the guidance of your supervisor or foreman. Your role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely jockey trailers as directed.
- Assist in loading trucks as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Daily Preparation:
Ensure readiness for your shift by completing the Vehicle Condition Report (VCR) for the jockey truck and forklift. This position requires a valid CDL, preferably Class A, and familiarity with yard operations, trailer handling, and manufacturing processes.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour, with full-time night shifts available.
