We take pride in delivering outstanding care while maintaining a friendly, courteous, and efficient atmosphere. We are currently seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Accurately collect and input demographic information into our systems.
- Schedule appointments and provide comprehensive instructions to callers regarding necessary items and expectations for their visit.
- Guide patients on utilizing the intake system for New Patient forms prior to their appointments.
- Inform callers about our cancellation and no-show policies.
- Respond to inquiries and provide additional information as needed to ensure a patient-centered experience and a positive representation of our organization.
- Recognize when to escalate calls to Physicians, Supervisors, Managers, or Medical Assistants.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or experience in a healthcare setting.
- High School diploma or GED required; an Associate's Degree or relevant healthcare certification is preferred.
- Dependable and trustworthy, with a background in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
