Job Title: Neonatology Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatology Physician to join our team at Greenstaff Physician & Provider Solutions. As a Neonatology Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in our state-of-the-art NICU and MBU units.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care to newborns in our NICU and MBU units, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with our skilled NICU nursing staff to ensure seamless care and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in rounds and call from home at night to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and medical history.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in neonatology to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements:
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified Neonatologist with NICU/NRP experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to make informed medical decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
