Lead Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team of experienced professionals in the luxury home construction and renovation industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with a minimum of 4-10 years of experience in residential construction and renovation projects. They will be responsible for leading a team of carpenters, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and meeting project deadlines.

• Lead a team of carpenters in the field, ensuring efficient and effective project execution
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborate with other trades and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Provide training and guidance to junior carpenters to enhance their skills and knowledge

• 4-10 years of experience in residential construction and renovation projects
• Proven track record of leading a team and delivering high-quality results
• Strong knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam project management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
